1. Who we are
This website and the products sold on it are operated by JCKED INFO, LLC ("JCKED," "we," "us," "our"), 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and Health & Medical Disclaimer.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. What you're buying
We sell digital products — cookbooks delivered as downloadable or online-access files — and subscription access to the 100 Day Shred program, which includes video content, written materials, member tools, and a private online community.
Nothing we sell is shipped physically. Access is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and to check spam or promotions folders.
4. License and permitted use
When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or distribute our materials
- Share your account credentials or program access with any other person
- Post our materials publicly or upload them to file-sharing services
- Use our content to create a competing product or program
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract our content
All content remains the property of JCKED INFO, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We may revoke your license and terminate your access if you violate these terms.
5. Accounts and community conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Our private community is provided as a benefit of membership. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access, without refund, for conduct including harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, solicitation, sharing of paid materials, impersonation, or giving medical advice you are not licensed to give.
Content posted by other members is not endorsed or verified by us. Members are not your physician, coach, or advisor unless separately engaged as such.
6. Pricing, promotions, and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Promotional or anniversary pricing is available only for the period stated. Where we display a comparison or "sold separately" price, that price reflects a bona fide prior or current offering price for that item.
By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge it for the amounts disclosed at checkout, including recurring charges as described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
7. Subscriptions and recurring billing
Purchases that include the 100 Day Shred begin with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel during the trial, your membership continues automatically and your payment method is charged $29.95 on day 7 and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.
9. No medical advice
Our products are for informational and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. See our Health & Medical Disclaimer. You should consult a physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.
10. Results and testimonials
We make no guarantee of any particular result. Testimonials and before-and-after images reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not representations of typical results. Individual results depend on factors outside our control.
11. Third-party services
Our site and programs rely on third-party providers for payment processing, subscription management, course and community hosting, email, and SMS. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCKED INFO, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, coaches, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our site or products.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCKED INFO, LLC and its personnel from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes to subscription pricing or billing terms will be communicated as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
