JCKED INFO, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Information we collect

You give us:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Payment information (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Account credentials and profile information
  • Content you post in our community
  • Information in support requests, coaching calls, or surveys

Collected automatically:

  • IP address, device type, browser, operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, links clicked
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies

From third parties:

  • Advertising and analytics platforms, including audience and conversion data
  • Payment and fraud-prevention services

2. How we use it

  • Fulfill orders and deliver digital products
  • Manage subscriptions, billing, renewals, and cancellations
  • Provide coaching, community access, and support
  • Send transactional messages (receipts, access links, renewal notices)
  • Send marketing emails and, with your consent, marketing text messages
  • Measure and improve advertising, including conversion tracking
  • Detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with law

3. Advertising and tracking

We use advertising and analytics technologies, including the Meta pixel and conversions API, to measure ad performance and show ads to people likely to be interested in our products. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers such as email addresses with advertising platforms for matching and audience-building purposes.

We may create custom or lookalike audiences from customer data. You can limit ad personalization through your settings on those platforms and through the choices described in Section 8.

4. Who we share with

We share personal information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processing and fraud prevention
  • Subscription management and recurring billing
  • E-commerce platform and hosting
  • Course delivery and community platform
  • Email and SMS providers, and our CRM
  • Advertising and analytics platforms
  • Professional advisors, and authorities where required by law
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

5. Text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent to marketing texts, we may contact you by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full details. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order and billing records are typically retained for at least the period required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising
  • Opt out of marketing email (unsubscribe link) and SMS (reply STOP)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

California residents: you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work if you do. Where required, we present a consent banner allowing you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.

10. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
