Refund policy

The short version

  • Cookbook bundle: 90-day money-back guarantee. Email us and we'll refund you. You don't need to return anything.
  • 100 Day Shred trial: cancel any time in the first 7 days and you're never charged.
  • You keep the cookbooks either way, even if you cancel the Shred or request a refund on the membership.

Your purchase of the 10 Year Anniversary Cookbook Bundle is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied, email info@getjcked.com within 90 days of your purchase date with the email address used on your order. We'll process a refund to your original payment method. Because the product is digital, there is nothing to return.

Refunds are typically issued within 24–48 hours of approval; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

100 Day Shred membership

During the 7-day free trial: cancel at any time and you will not be charged. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy for how.

After the trial: membership is billed at $29.95 every 30 days. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods. You keep access until the period you've paid for ends.

Charges already billed are generally non-refundable. That said, if you were charged unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, the cancellation didn't go through, or something went wrong on our end — contact us. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.

What we don't refund

  • Requests made after the 90-day guarantee window has closed
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service, including sharing or redistributing our materials
  • Repeated purchase-and-refund activity that indicates abuse of the guarantee

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than your bank can, and initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
